Chapter 28 — the story
Chased by the chakra, Durvasa comes to Ambarisha and begs forgiveness. Ambarisha, humble rather than triumphant, praises the Sudarshana and begs it to spare the sage — or to kill him first.
The chakra replies that it was testing Ambarisha's devotion and humbling Durvasa's pride, blesses the king, and vanishes.
